Mill Court Business Centre is centrally located on the Isle of Wight within 5 minutes walking distance of Newport’s busy town centre.

Newport is an attractive market town five miles south of Cowes and almost in the centre of the Isle of Wight. Established in 1180 as a “New Port”, the town remains busily engaged in trade and commerce. Newport has become an important shopping area during the last decade, attracting substantial investment from large multiples and institutions.

Newport is the County town of the Isle of Wight, with a population in excess of 21,000. It has a wide variety of restaurants and pubs, as well as a good selection of public amenities such as schools and leisure facilities.

Mill Court Business Centre stands to the south east of Newport town centre and is adjacent to a commercial complex which houses Cineworld, a 24 hour Gym, Burger King and KFC. A long stay municipal car park is located nearby.

Just across from Mill court is the Gym Group, a contract-free gym, open 24/7 with free classes, free WiFi and competitive pricing. The space includes a functional training area, Weight Machines, 42+ Cardio Machines and a huge Free Weight Area.

Quay Arts

The Isle of Wight’s leading art gallery and venue for live arts events. The Quay Arts Centre is situated in a converted 19th-Century brewery warehouse complex at the head of the River Medina in the centre of Newport. Facilities include three galleries, a 134-capacity theatre, a Crafts Council-listed gift shop and popular Café Bar with a reputation for serving some of the best home-cooked food on the Island. Business conferencing facilities are also available.

Cineworld Cinemas

An 11 screen cinema just a few metres from Mill Court. The cinema screens an array of contemporary films as well as classics and special screenings and events. Facilities include Disabled Access/Parking, Subtitled and Audio Description as well as 3D films and movies for Juniors at a reduced rate. Cineworld also offer the ability to host Conferences, Meetings and Trade Shows.

Bargeman’s Rest

A short walk on from Quay Arts lies the Bargemans Rest, a family friendly pub run by a local family since 1999. The building sits adjacent to the River Medina and the outside seating gives a great view of the quay. The bar is full of seafaring memorabilia and there is music most days of the week. An array of drinks are available and a menu with extensive specials caters for a range of tastes.

Caffè Isola

An independent Cafe at the Nodehill end of town that is the perfect place to grab a coffee, catch up or indulge in a delicious array of sweet and savoury treats. The cafe also includes a roaster for Island Roasted Artisan Coffee, so you can watch the roasting process from start to finish and then enjoy the blend yourself. Evening events such as quizzes, music nights and themed meals are often hosted.

The Man on the Moon

Built in a former Congregational Church, The Man in the Moon, is situated in the centre of town. The pub caters for a range of tastes and there are often a range of local tipples on tap as well as themed events occuring throughout the year.

Cycle Path

Mill Court is located on part of the Island’s comprehensive cycling network, making a commute or even an adventure by bike easy. The Isle of Wight celebrates its highly reputed status as one of the top cycling destinations in the world. From here you can access around 200 miles of cycle tracks, byways and bridleways and see some of the Island’s amazing scenery.

Morrisons Supermarket

Just a 5 minute walk towards town, the store caters for a wide range of everyday essential goods as well as having a cafe, fresh salads and pizza counters and a bakery. The site also includes a petrol station.
